The club championship for 2011 will comprise of the following 10 events, of which the best 7 will count:-

Off road race up the Skirrid	Approx 2.6 miles	Date & Time to be confirmed
One mile race	1 mile	Track at Cwmbran stadium 28th July 2011
Half marathon of own choice	13.1 miles

Scoring

The scoring will be based on a pro-rata scheme where :

      - A maximum of 10 points is available for each race.

      - The calculation in determining the points awarded uses the Race Predictor from the
        web site "runningforfitness.org". This gives a percentage age rating based on age,
        sex, distance run and time obtained.

      - The points awarded are calculated as follows :

            Points = (% Age Rating) ÷ Max Points

            e.g.      65.8% Age Rating ÷ 10 = 6.58 points

Lotto Bonus Ball

Details of the club fund raising Lotto bonus ball scheme are as follows:

• Entry fee: £1 per number per week (Choose available number between 1 and 49).
• Only applies to the Saturday draw.
• Person with number of bonus ball drawn = cash prize.
• NOTE : No payment for the week = No win.
• If the number drawn has not been selected the cash prize rolls over to following week.
• If roll over, then no new members can join scheme until the roll over has been won.
